DESCRIPTIONThis home was purchased by a first-time homebuyer who was planning to rent it and looking for a low maintenance, budget-friendly landscape enhancement. Another challenge was that there is no irrigation system and very dry sandy conditions! We love a low-water landscape! Yellowtop, beach verbena, silkgrass, gumbo limbo and dwarf saltbush fit the bill! We offered our mobile watering service to establish the landscape for a couple weeks, then these native plants felt right at home. The late summer full blooms create a mini meadow the pollinators flocked to and really brought out the cottage vibes of this bungalow.
