A monarch butterfly host plant, this wet-loving white flowered milkweed is quite dainty.
Larval host for the silvery checkerspot, found only in extreme north Florida.
Smaller blooms than Liatris spicata, but with more of a spiral habit to the leaves. Fall blooms of lavender spikes, winter dormant.
A type of iris, this spring bloomer has tiny blue iris flowers. Likes to grow in ditches and moist areas. Winter dormant perennial.
